Breakfast Time

Rayleigh and Eily having breakfast at the Kids’ Table- Kelsey’s play table from her childhood.

Deep Conversations

The best conversations are always over food- Rayleigh and Eily enjoyed a breakfast talk before the party.

Yum?

If you aren’t going to put any food on the plate, I’ll just eat the plate. At least she’s a good eater.

Mess Maker

She was placed too close to the table with napkins and plates during set up…oops.

Family Visitors

Great Grandma and Aunt Ann enjoying the localism meal Kevin and Kelsey made for the party.

Men Folk

Uncle Karl, “Uncle Matt” and Daddy enjoying some fireside chat in the backyard.

Hide N Seek

Rayleigh batting the balloons is hidden behind one in this photo.

Balloons

Rayleigh enjoyed playing with the centerpiece balloons on Daddy’s lap.

Helping Hands

Eily was happy to lend her help at opening a gift from Uncle Karl.

Help from the big kids

When her pace slowed down (or she got too distracted by the current present to move on) the big kids were happy to lend a hand in the unwrapping process.

Mimi Special

A dress made especially for her by Mimi! Adorable.

Puzzles

Happy to have the puzzles- not so happy that they were shrink wrapped and she couldn’t touch the Moo Moos and Baa Baas.

Starting the Paper

Once she found the loose edge she was able to masterfully tear the paper off… finding the starting point was the problem.

What’s inside?

Ripped, torn and thrown to get the paper off and reveal the goods.

Opening gifts

At one her she was pretty proficient at getting the goods out of the bags or wrapping.

Books!

Rayleigh’s love for books was evident by the many books she received for her first birthday.
